After many years in chronic pain, on medication that did not help, I began a journey to get to know my own body and discover health through awareness, movement and nutrition.
For over 15 years I have happily observed how people have made positive changes in their lives through conscious movement and nutrition tailored to their needs.
I invite you to know your body and learn corrective techniques movement, posture and consciousness.
